Pickleson has a not so secret love affair going with Scotland, and our new shade has been created with our bonnie muse in-mind.
We have many a happy memory, gazing over to the frosty peaks of Skye from Bealach na Bà… Usually bloody freezing, emotionally scarred from the drive up the pass and desperate to get down to Applecross for some fish and chips and a seat by the fire. This colour of ours represents everything we find cool and warm from the land that will soothe you, provided you're willing to take a battering from it first.
Skye Blue manages to get well with pretty much everything, but here's a starter for ten... Use alongside Renaissance Blue for a classy seaside look, pair with a warm neutral like Drunk Tahini or Porto Cream, match it with Umami Green or create a subtle but very real contrast with Tarte Tan, Lido Pink or Veneto Verde.
